Where your child will grow in the freshness of nature and breathe in the open air without any harm.

Where family Get Together takes place often and celebrations do not need a reason for enjoyment.

However, when it comes to deciding on to a particular property among different odd options, one cannot be spontaneous in taking a final call in fraction of seconds just like how  they say, fall in love with at first sight. You need to be particular about what you are looking for, what you are getting with that property and how much extra you are paying for things you do not need in your dream home.

After all, a property is an asset where you need to be careful while investing or purchasing as you would not be spending such huge amounts again and again and also, risking such heft amounts of your hard earned money is just not a wise decision.

Hence, invest in a home in Nashik, a smart city, where you do not regret the decisions you take. A home where you can dream BIG! A home where you would love to come back and never leave again!

Buy a home at Parksyde Homes where the true meaning of home resides and perfect match to your dream home is located!

What appeals to a Home buyer?

In a country like India where people who wish to buy a property are majorly emotions driven, the value of a home is often associated with the sentimental value with which they connect to a property.
Buying a property for the sake of living is not what the buyers in India look for! A home is what they wish have. A property that they can call as a home is what they wish to buy for themselves and their family.

If we consider a city like Nashik, which has been recently officially announced as one among the 98 declared smart cities in India, the local citizens do not aspire to own a home for the sake of it. Buying a property has a lot more to it than just the money transaction and a piece of land.
So what appeals to a buyer in a property?

Is it the piece of land alone? Or is it there something much beyond that?
When I happened to meet a person who visited the ParksydeHomes, a project by Parksyde, the first few questions that he was interested in being answered were
  • What is the price of the flat?
  • What is the built-up area of the flat?
  • What is the carpet area of the flat?
  • What all amenities are provided in the project?
  • What are the features and specifications of the project?
  • How far is the bus stop and the market place from the project? Or
  • What is the location of the project?
  • Can there be any negotiation done?

So, when it comes to buying a property, a buyer has a lot many questions that need to be answered with validation in order to finalize on a property. A common man who saves all his life to buy a property for his family, is the one who looks for more than just monetary value of the property. Comfort and convenience he would get from the property is something that matters to him for a better living.

So, if you too are looking for an opportunity to buy a home, ensure you have all your questioned answered and you are convinced with the property before you go ahead with the buying process of the property.  Let us know if you are interested in visiting the projects by Parksyde. We have answer to all your queries.

5 Things to do if it’s your first time to purchase a home

Are you a first time home buyer? You are surely clueless about the real estate industry at this moment and that is one of the reasons why you are exploring this post. So, now that we know you are here with no information regarding the home buying process, let us help you with some things you must consider before you buy a property!

5 Things to do if it’s your first time to purchase a home:
  1. Know the Jargon: the best thing to begin with is doing a proper market research and understanding the common terms and jargons that are used in the real estate industry. You can do this by asking the contractor or a builder or a realtor (if you are consulting any) in order to avoid confusion.
  2. Organizing your finances: If you are in need of a loan for the property, then ensuring a clean credit background is important. You need to be realistic while deciding the budget and should be able to understand which property you can afford.
  3. Choosing the right Loan scheme: Opting for a loan with a fixed rate is ideal for long term investments as you will need to pay minimal interest rate that is expanded over time. Whereas, adjustable rate loans involve risk of variations in the rate of interest due to the fluctuations in the market.
  4. Pick your ideal location: While choosing a property having schools, colleges, hospitals, shops and other facilities are important, but, there is more to it if you consider reselling it later as you need to ensure that your home is in a convenient location so that it boosts your property value for the time you decide to resell your home.
  5. Inspect the property before you finalize: Before you commit to purchase a property, ensure you inspect the facilities and the complete property by yourself so that you are aware of the problems that may arise later and where all you need to make changes in the property that can add to your post possession expenses.

Thus, understanding that buying property is a daunting task, we suggest you to follow the things you must do before buying a property to avoid risks of investing in a wrong property.

Kalsubai peak – Adventure tourist destination in Maharashtra

Investing in modern day homes also often puts up a question in front of most of us – what are the best weekend retreat options for the weekend? People living in place like Nashik are indeed the fortunate ones who have quite a few weekend retreat options for nature as well as adventure lovers. Parksyde a luxurious and affordable property option in Nashik by Jaikumar group gets you as close to nature as possible. The name Parksyde itself reportedly stands for a home beside the garden. So investors can indeed expect the project to feature large open spaces with plenty trees, flowers and shrubs. Along with the most modern security amenities, the project also gets sports facilities and a comfortable stay experience.

Got friends visiting your home in Nashik? You can indeed take them out to the nearby Kalsubai Peak which is indeed the tallest peak in Maharashtra. The Kalsubai temple located on the top is also a place that draws devotees from local villages. The main route starts from the village of Bari which is about six km from Bhandardara. To reach Bari, via road one is required to travel to Igatpuri via the Mumbai Nasik route. For those intending to reach by train they need to alight at Kasara Railway Station from where they may have to take a connecting train to Bari.

Visit to the Kasubai temple can also indeed be adventurous as you need climb a slope for about 3 hours to reach the top from Bari. Soon after leaving Bari, you need to cross a small stream that follows soon after a Hanuman temple. The route from behind this temple takes you straight to the summit. As you climb first ridge you may come across a temple which is meant for the people who aren't fit enough to make to the temple on the top. There small huts in this area who could be very helpful in case of any emergency. On your way to the top, you may also come across three iron ladders. Carrying sufficient amount of drinking water is advisable and finding water on the route can get a little difficult. Hence, it is advisable to fill water bottles in Bari itself. The hike is not too difficult but can get a bit too steep in certain parts.
