Where your child will grow in the freshness of nature and breathe in the open air without any harm.

Where family Get Together takes place often and celebrations do not need a reason for enjoyment.

However, when it comes to deciding on to a particular property among different odd options, one cannot be spontaneous in taking a final call in fraction of seconds just like how  they say, fall in love with at first sight. Kumbh in Nashik is all styled up this time!

Nashik, the city that is hosting the Kumbh Mela 2015, is all geared up with the best of technology to make this grand gathering a unique one with a lot more to offer the pilgrims and the devotees that they can look forward to.

You speak of innovation and unique aspects of this Kumbh and attires turn out to be the attraction for many! While Kumbh Mela is more popularly known for the gathering of millions of devotees and sadhus who come to the holy city for the shahi snan, this Kumbh Mela saw a whole new era of nomenclature of the sadhus and their unconventional attire that added a lot more to the interesting facts associated with the Kumbh all this while.
Yes! You heard it right.

This year’s Kumbh Mela has witnessed the sadhus styled in attires that make them stand out of the crowd. Be it the technology or the weather, there would be hardly anything that has not inspired these sadhus in order to get noticed.

From being draped in a gunny bag to an attire loaded with ornaments made out of gold with abstract designs, the gathering saw it all. Looks like even sadhus are more into dressing up the unique way to make a mark at the gathering when hundreds and thousands of eyeballs glued to them.
Keeping aside, this side of the congregation, there is another side to it as well that has emerged as an opportunity for the builders and developers to market their projects to a mass audience. The builders are putting up the hoardings and huge posters of their projects on display to attract more potential buyers to their newly launched projects. However, it does seem like an interesting and a smart way of utilizing the design and advertising strategy to market their projects to the mass audience.

Looks like this Kumbh, in short, has been more appealing in terms of design, appearance and unique nomenclature.

What appeals to a Home buyer?

In a country like India where people who wish to buy a property are majorly emotions driven, the value of a home is often associated with the sentimental value with which they connect to a property.
Buying a property for the sake of living is not what the buyers in India look for! A home is what they wish have. A property that they can call as a home is what they wish to buy for themselves and their family.

If we consider a city like Nashik, which has been recently officially announced as one among the 98 declared smart cities in India, the local citizens do not aspire to own a home for the sake of it. Buying a property has a lot more to it than just the money transaction and a piece of land.
So what appeals to a buyer in a property?

Is it the piece of land alone? Or is it there something much beyond that?
When I happened to meet a person who visited the ParksydeHomes, a project by Parksyde, the first few questions that he was interested in being answered were
  • What is the price of the flat?
  • What is the built-up area of the flat?
  • What is the carpet area of the flat?
  • What all amenities are provided in the project?
  • What are the features and specifications of the project?
  • How far is the bus stop and the market place from the project? Or
  • What is the location of the project?
  • Can there be any negotiation done?

So, when it comes to buying a property, a buyer has a lot many questions that need to be answered with validation in order to finalize on a property. A common man who saves all his life to buy a property for his family, is the one who looks for more than just monetary value of the property. Comfort and convenience he would get from the property is something that matters to him for a better living.

So, if you too are looking for an opportunity to buy a home, ensure you have all your questioned answered and you are convinced with the property before you go ahead with the buying process of the property.  Let us know if you are interested in visiting the projects by Parksyde. We have answer to all your queries.

The Housing Fund for people in Maharashtra

What is Housing Fund? What are the possible results of having a housing fund for people in Maharashtra in India? These would be some of the questions that must be coming to your mind at this particular moment! However, to begin with, we all know that Maharashtra is the nations and also the world’s second most populous sub-national entity. This state’s population accounts for over 110 million people.

Thus, this implies that the state has a huge population where majority of the people are in search of homes that raise their standard of living. Keeping in mind the increasing population of the state, the state government is planning to start a ‘housing fund’ in which people can contribute a fixed amount of their monthly earnings for certain duration of time so as to make homes more affordable for people.

The yet to be implemented housing policy will enable the self-employed people or government or private employees who desire to become a member, to contribute a fixed amount of their salary in this fund, which will be managed by a fund manager chosen through competitive bidding. Also, if a person is a government employee or a private employee then the person will have an alternative to make a combined contribution from his/her Provident fund (PF) account up to 50% as the suggested housing fund policy reads. Hence, this will encourage people to save some money for a home and also will boost the housing finance to some extent. The housing fund policy also recommends giving interest equivalent to that applicable to PF account and the state government is planning to approach the Centre to make these contributions as tax-free.

For example, if a person is contributing Rs 2000/- to the Provident Fund normally, then he would be contributing Rs. 1000/- for the Housing Fund and the remaining Rs. 1000 to the Provident fund thereby reducing the PF contribution and depositing the equal amount to the Housing Fund Policy, thus, saving for housing finance for later years.

According to an official from the housing department, the membership count of the housing fund will represent the number of people who are in need of house and the contribution for these shall be invested in RBI specified government securities. As per the policy terms, the members of this fund will be having higher priority in eligibility in Maharashtra Housing And Area Development Authority (MHADA) draw for sale of flats. In case the members of the housing fund are willing to buy a house from private sector, the fund proceeds can be utilized for that as well.
