I am at the doorstep. A few steps away from the doormat that is placed in front of the door of a flat... I am are about to enter a flat that was constructed just a few months back.

It has now been bought and occupied by a family that belongs to the state of Maharashtra and was staying in Pune from past 5 years. They have recently shifted to Nashik.

The family knows what the urban hustle and bustle of the city-life does to your mental peace. A pleasant, calm & quiet place to live is what they wanted. I was about to ring the doorbell, but, I pull out my hand down, away from the doorbell to realize that the door is already open and I can now see a small little 3 year old girl and her mother are sitting and enjoying their time peacefully at home.

A smile spreads across my face and if you were there with me, you could have seen my eyes sparkle with the joy. I now step into the flat and the little girl reaches out for me for a hug and I am overwhelmed with this gesture of my daughter. This moment I realized how much happiness a home in Nashik’s peaceful surroundings has brought to my family when they see me back at home smiling and full of joy. A home in the serene locations of Nashik with lush green landscape that refreshes everyone’s mood has brought this day in my life where I feel pleased and content with the every bit of comfort and luxury that every inch of space this flat has provided me.

My own home in Nashik has given me everything that the rented flat in Pune could not provide me with. It’s not for me, but, for you to know what you could be gaining out of a home in Nashik.
